Wednesday 12:00noon
POV:
I realized had not seen my monthly flow for the past one month and I was thinking I had a slight change in cycle. I waited patiently for it to arrive in the new month, but it never showed up.

I was still comfortable, living my normal life and going about my normal business. I took some shoes to sell at the school hostel. (I also sell locally made shoes, bags and clothes as side hustles)

Upon my arrival at the hostel, every little activity I did felt tiresome, on a normal, I usually trekk distances from hall to hall. Marketing my goods and also selling to interested buyers in the hostel.

As I was walking along Hall 6, I felt very tired, fortunately a student from one of the rooms, called out to me to see and perhaps buy my goods.

I branched that particular room and when I displayed my goods, other people in the room got interested and wanted to buy. I was sampling my goods to them and also making sales.

Meanwhile, I was getting unnecessarily tired and I wondered why I was getting so tired. I had to beg one of the interested buyers that I was tired of standing and wanted to sit on her bed (bunk bed). She obliged and I sat on it.

I felt my eyes beginning to turn and then I controlled myself, I asked for a very cold water which was given to me. By this time my interested buyers also known as customers where already getting aware that I wasn't feeling alright.

After I finished making sales in that room and collecting my money, I rested a bit and then I thanked them and continued my journey to more sales.

I managed to walk and sell my goods and when I was done, a kind of hunger that I have never felt before blew into my stomach upon which I ran to a nearby food joint also operated within the campus premises and ate to my satisfaction. (Prior to this day, I noticed I have been eating out of proportion and still without feeling satisfied).

Even after eating a big lump of eba and afang soup, I requested for extra with which the food vendor, a woman in her early 40s, supplied to me with smiles on her face.

As she brought the extra food, she beamed gloriously with smiles and informed me that she will reduce the cost of the extra food for me and I thanked her so much not knowing why.

After I had finished having my delicious meal that night, I tried hurrying back home as it seemed it wanted to rain, my feets began to feel as if they were both tired of carrying me and I thought to myself that let it not be what I was thinking.

I went home successfully and narrated what had transpired to my younger sister and she advised that I buy a pregnancy test trip from the pharmacy.

I laughed with all my heart, all though I was not a saint, but I felt it wasn't possible yet because I had cleaned up my tracks my own way.

I struggled to step outside again that night and bought the pregnancy test trip from a pharmacy which operated close to where I live.
