We just got back from Dirtybird Campout East, a festival in Florida. When you're with a group, many people build a totem. It's basically something that's tall and lights up, so your group can find you in a crowd. While packing, we ran out of Tide, so I had an empty Tide Pod container, and we turned it into a lamp, and it became our totem.
While running around Orlando, we were looking for a candy that looked the most like a Tide Pod. We found something that worked, and filled our totem up. As we walked around the festival, Dave rocking his orange astronaut outfit, people would yell out "TIDE POD CHALLENGE!" Dave would offer them some Tide Pods, and they'd get the most concerned expression, like "wtf, should I reach in?" They were so hesitant. After eating it, people would usually yell "omg are those Gushers?" and be super happy about it. Take the Tide Pod Challenge!
