So this account is newrly up to 11k sp. Its starting to increase every couple of days. By the end of the first set of delegation it should be nearly 20k sp. Then it will go through a balancing cycle where churrent income tries to keep up with sales of votes.
As the owned sp increases this will be easier to achieve.
