This post is my first attempt at a monthly financial report for the ongoing CoinZdense project. While at the current level of funding, this report may be a bit silly, I think it is important to provide full openness about the project to potential funders and contributors.

Support the CoinZdense project

As I mentioned in my talk at HiveFest, CoinZdense is a one-man and unfunded project. You can help support the project by :

Policies for the use of funding

The below policies have been updated slightly (compared to the initial tokenomics plan) in favor of project-support token buyers. This is the September 27 version of the policy.

Conversion to HBD

All incomming funding is periodically converted to HBD. For HIVE and SWAP.HIVE at least once a month, for alternative crypto and paypall donations at reasonable minimal-balance tresholds.

Stage-5 funding

Stage-4 will extend into stage-5 ONLY if remaining funds are likely to suffice to complete an extra language at a per-hour funding level equal to the funding level so far.

Monthly division of incomming funds

Each month, direct expenses will get payed first. I'll try to keep direct project expenses to a minimum. The remaining incomming funds will be divided as follows:

• 25% is set aside for stage-4 funding (other programming languages).
• Up to 50% is used for directly funding hours
  • Pay-out for advocacy and web hours are topped at 25% of the total of funded hours.
  • Equalizing the per contributor total/hr number takes precedence when payin out to contributors.
  • Untill stage-4 is completed, the maximum total funding per fundable hour is topped at 80 HBD
• At least 25% is set aside for and added to next month's funding.

Project support tokens

There are a total of 60,000 indivicable COINZDENSE project support tokens that are sold on hive-engine.

• 80 were airdropped to early supporters of the project
• The rest are managed by Hive account@croupierbot (that's also me)
  • 30,000 are in a sell-order at a price of 3 HIVE
  • 10,000 are in a sell-order at a price of 2 HIVE
  • 10,000 are reserved for distribution to project contributors.
  • What remains is in a sell order at a price of 1 HIVE
  • Any token not in the possesion of Hive account@croupierbot has a buy-back order at a price of 0.1 HIVE
  • These orders will remain like this till they get filled or the project ends
• When the project ends, after stage-4 has completed, any token in the possesion of Hive account@croupierbot will be distributed among contributors according to their fundable hours.
• When the project ends and HBD funds remain, all of the remaining funds are distributed to project support token holders.

Note that this part of the policy has changed to favor token buyers. There is no more extra end-of-project contributor reward in HBD prior to distributing remaining funds, so the total fund return per COINZDENSE token (if any) would be higher.

It remains still important to state though that COINZENSE tokens are meant as project support tokens and NOT an investment.
