I manage a mining farm, I sell the used GPUs to friends and family, to this date, no one has ever complained to me.
I sold a used 1080ti that was mined on for 8 months and only dusted, I didn't do the thermals pads.
I sold the 1080ti, with unmaintained thermal pads, to informed customers, understanding they were buying a used GPU. My friend who is an IT manager, added my 1080ti to is kids gaming PC.
He told me it took less than an hour or 2 to take apart the GPU and remount the new thermal pads. The temperature was significantly lower with this simple maintenance ANYONE can do on a used GPU.
When you say a GPU looses value, and you wouldn't buy a mined on card, you are just advertising a lack of understanding about the hardware your buying.
You should be informed, but denying a deal and denouncing publicly the condition of mined on card, is egregious.
