The Human Deception

"All warfare is based on deception" - Sun Tzu

The Art of Deception?

The great Philosopher Jean Rousseau writes "Man was born free, and everywhere he is in chains". One must think, does this statement hold true? Everywhere you look, man is a slave to a either a passion, a lust, an obsession of some nature. But man never questions his nature, nor the reason why he is a slave to such conditions.

Is man the cause of his conditions?

The Real Psychopath?

Mankind has an acute tendency to be in denial of the truth. As a result, man has grown adept in the art of deception. He will twist the truth to suit his perception, and so live in a world where he is right all the time.

When we face each other in daily life, we often tell white lies. The number of white lies we tell one another amounts to such a large number, that we are constantly lying to each other as though it were second nature. The more deceptive we become, the more psychopathic we are as a society.

Conclusion...

Well, there's not much you can really do. In order to be successful today, you have to play the game everyone else is playing to win, right? My advice is just to be yourself, but do good acts. Peace.
