Ryan X. Charles has stated on the Medium blogging site that Beta access for Yours.org will be available May 30th.
Yours.org is an alternative to social media platforms such as FaceBook, Instagram, and Reddit, where the content creators "actually" get paid. Steemit is an ideal example. However, instead of being paid Steem, on Yours.org you'll be paid in Litecoin.
Ryan X. Charles (Yours.org creator) initially sought to implement the use of Bitcoin on the blockchain, but Litecoin proved to be a cheaper option, considering Bitcoins service charges ect. If a social media platform like Yours.org is hoping to expand globally, Litecoin has a very consumer friendly price. Aditionally, Bitcoin and Litecoin are virtually similar in their DNA, and Litecoin has already intiated SegWig.
So, it's time to head over to Yours.org and sign up for the early Beta access for May 30th.
