Hi Friends!
I reached this famous location long after sunset - which by the way You could see in my previous post. Blue light of, how it is called "blue hour" - but in summertime on Iceland, blue hour lasts at least 3 hours and it is changing smoothly to sunrise.
Being on the Iceland in summer give You this opportunity to travel and photograph all night long - You will have many of these locations for Your own, less people, better light, the mood, the silence...
If You are going to make photography on Iceland - change Your day/night habits - sleep during the day and travel during the night - You will feel the difference and You will experience the best light and conditions.
Today - one shot with few different compositions. Glacial ice is amazing - its color is unreal. Together with gentle light, breaking waves and longer time of exposures - we can create amazing pictures. Wow!
To be honest - Diamond Beach was one of my place to see, visit and experience - it was on my Bucket List to visit on Iceland... it was also the reason, why I stayed there over night and continue my explorations next day's morning. But the light was much better when I came there.
