I don’t know how anyone experiences their fears and depressions in the war, but I embroider. As soon as the shelling starts, Lord, my hands are trembling! And then sirens, news, sleepless nights. So I already learned to embroider with shaking hands and almost to the touch. At night, you need to hide the light in the room, because we have light masking. And it’s impossible to sleep after those shellings, because it’s scary. Here I am and the neck at night of the picture.

Today I'll show you what I did. Remember I once wrote that I embroider an icon with beads? For those who haven't seen it, here's the message. Here it is written step by step what and how it is done:

So, finally, I finished this work, and now there is one more experience in my treasury.

Today the master from the workshop called me and said that my painting is already dressed in a good frame. I went and took her. Soon I will sew something else, I have not yet decided what exactly. I look at this icon and I really like it, color, size, frame... There's nothing to complain about. After all, when I sew something, I always criticize myself: there it was possible to choose a different color and so on. And this, well, a very good icon turned out, I really like it.

I did not embroider it for myself, but as a gift to a very good person. You can even tell a friend. Because when the war began, she morally supported me very much, and now she supports me. You can even say that she worries about me like a mother, it is very inspiring in response to do something good.

In mid-September, this person will have a birthday, so I decided to give him a nominal icon of the Holy Martyr Anastasia. Hope she likes it.

     Thanks
