Hi there my Hivean friends and followers!
We successfully transformed from Steem to Hive and so did my monthly goal to increase my power by at least 1,000 "units".
In each of the past seven months, I managed to increase my Steem Power by exactly 1,000 Steem and here I am today, on the last day of March, completing another thousand and thus celebrating the long awaited milestone of 20,000 Steem Hive Power.
As usually, my OCD-ridden, perfectionist & number loving mind couldn´t miss out on the very exact moment of the milestone and I managed to capture it so that I can now share it with similarly affected freaks :D
Just like many others, I started a power down on my Steem account right after the hard fork and I am going to transform a significant portion of my Steem Power into Hive Power so achieving my goal should be very easy in the months to come (unlike with some previous months when I really struggled to make it happen) and I cannot wait to celebrate that half-orca milestone (25k HP) in just 5 months or possibly even earlier :)
I am fully realizing that with my consistently growing stake, my responsibility increases just as much and I am determined to use my Hive Power in a way that I believe is beneficial for the community.
I am currently running two weekly series where I give my full upvotes to other Hivers. The first one is called 
Apart from that (and apart from supporting my favorite authors on regular basis through autovotes), I also browse through newly created posts in categories that I am interested in (mostly nature, travel and photography) almost every day and I manually curate posts that I like and that I think deserve better rewards.
I believe that my vote is finally getting at least a bit noticeable and can thus make a difference for some (especially new) members of our community. I remember when I was a newbie here and back in those days, a 20k SP upvote would literally make my day. Hopefully, I will now be able to do the same for someone else :)
Thank you everyone who has been supporting me on Steem and now here on Hive. I would never be celebrating these milestones without you. Thank you!
