Haluhalo or Halo-halo is a popular Filipino dessert with a mixture of shaved ice and evaporated milk to which various ingredients are added, including boiled sweet beans, coconut, sago, gulaman, tubers and fruits. When your halo-halo is special it comes with Ice cream on top plus more ingredients. Today is the perfect day to eat halo-halo because it is summer here in the philippines.
