Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.
Adobong Pusit is a delicious squid dish cooked using the filipino adobo method. Adobong Pusit has black sauce color because of the squid ink. Squid is first boiled in soy sauce and vinegar then later sauted in garlic and onions. I enjoyed eating it over a cup of warm white rice.
