Instructions:

Close your eyes and take three deep breaths, slowing your breathing down and hearing it as it moves through your nose and your throat. Concentrating on the breath, move your attention to the middle of your chest. Keep breathing as you maintain your awareness on this location. After a period of time determined entirely by your own spontaneous sense of things, open your eyes and bring your attention outward in whichever direction that it wants to go.

As we walk through this world each day

It's like each small moment is a poem for us
Life ever offering an invisible hand, delicate and gentle.

It's our opportunity to see that invitation. To read the poem and feel the warmth of that hand.

Unknowable potentials swarm around the human being - all the while we insist on the most linear story of how and why things happen. We insist on the most boring route for our powers, yet when we flip the table over to see the underneath it really is a sight to see.

What does the underneath mean to you?

It's simpler to forget. Forget who you're supposed to be, and reclaim the not knowing of who you really are. By not knowing we remain open to all things. And by being open to all things, we live a life of complete joy and uncertainty. Surely we prefer a game that is always fresh, we enjoy it much more than the game which is predictable and makes us stressed.

More and more of these humans are willing and able to make a quantum leap and to find themselves in an entirely new world.

We have past lives, and future lives too. Lives are something that is within our present life yet are being projected or redirected from another dimension. These dimensions are parts of us too, parts that we have forgotten or not known yet. It's a complicated system yet it's all based on the utter simplicity happening right now.

All of life; and every expression, is an extension of the basic life force. Everything is completely accessible and open to you in all times and spaces. You must understand that if something is potentially real - then it HAS to be 100% accessible from this current moment and this current dimension. We don't know anything about anything which has occurred outside of this current moment - everything is just an extension which we imagine from right here and right now.

This is both logically and experientially true

If you are starting to get your head and your mind around this, then you are cottoning on to a powerful secret. It's powerful in it's simplicity yet it could easily be snuffed out by doubt and judgement. Human beings are prone to judge anything not consistent with our current imagining of how things work.

It's a strange way to be, because we know from history that ideas have continually been picked up and dropped. Nothing remains consistent, life moves ever onward in search of its own truth. No static truth is able to be known, just an ever unfolding means of perceiving ourselves and seeing what really exists now.

All that really exists is our ability to perceive and to reflect on to ourselves. This whole life is a mirror of the internal state that we project. This whole life is an elaborate test of how creatively we can deceive ourselves. It's absolutely perfect in every way, and 100 % worth it. Our perpetual ungratefulness and spite is a distortion and a misunderstanding of what is really going on here.

Hatred is misdirection, we can only really be mad at ourselves - yet some trickster force is ever wanting to deceive us into believing that we are powerless and intent on destroying ourselves. Nothing can really destroy you though, and in your omnipotence you find that coercion of any other being is just as unacceptable as someone silencing you in your unique expression of life.

All indiscretions are blameless, simply arising from the clouded judgement of our one fundamental belief. This is the basic belief that we are this person with a name and an identity, and that things will go bad for us if we veer too far from the script of that character.

It's more or less nonsense, so it's a great relief to know that our participation in the game is entirely voluntary - if it doesn't excite us then there's no point to it. If it's not a good direction, life will tell us, so that we can align with more resonant frequencies. Don't mistake this guidance system for a reason to blame yourself or anyone else. You are blameless and perfect. Everything boils down to a frequency, like a spectrum of color or sound - all things inhabit a particular way of being that you can know and feel on a basic level - you are able to interact with all frequencies as a similarly vibrating construction of matter and energy.

This is the current story of our science, it's a hopeful glimpse of what is continuing to unfold and prove its self to be real.

Who is really the enemy? It's a capacity within us.

Us versus them, and me versus you is just me versus me and you versus you. It's ourselves maintaining a construct of inner division, so check the scene on that conundrum.

This is a master level lesson, if you can make peace with any animosity within yourselves - then you can reach a state of effortless ease. From a place of effortless ease, things will spontaneously manifest for you. Every day will be glorious, every thing you do will have life to it. You will have made it, and if you can feel the excitement in these words then in a sense you already have made it. You know that potential within yourself, like the tiny flame of a candle.

Nurture this beautiful radiance into a bonfire which can carry your dreams into the sky. We mirror the faint glimmer of the stars in embodying our own inner flame. All things behave as a fractal expression of what potentially is, our distant pieces and parts are always speaking to us through our perception of life.

You are a dream machine, and you are manifesting the dream team. You are currently manifesting a team of potentials and characters for you to either interact with or embody within yourself. You will complete quests and become your dreams. You are an unstoppable adventurer who has conquered demons and ghosts - proving them to be unreal manifestations and hollow distortions of the truth.

You are the truth, wielding a magical sword so powerful that is destroys entire worlds. It wipes away everything that is incapable of surviving it's own death - leaving you to perceive that you are perfect and endless, and in surviving your own death you have eclipsed your own reality and now reside in the stars. You know nothing and in the not knowing you know all things. Time comes to a complete standstill of endless enjoyment.

This is your time.

There's an undoubtable link between what we think and feel, and the reality which manifests before us. You get what you put in, so don't listen to what anyone else tells you to do - just find yourself to the state which makes you most joyful. It's from this state that all of the best things will come to you.

Keeping your dream alive is the most important thing you can do, that dream is your unique gift - something that you can bestow on to the world and make it a slightly better place. It's all about you and your conversation with life, comparison has no meaning when it comes to your indiviual conversation with life.

Everyone will try to take it away from you because it hurts too much. It hurts to know that someone else is alive when in our heart we feel truly dead. This is the way of the world, that is until we choose to remove ourselves from that game. It's just another projection that we picked up, and just as easily as we picked it up we can put it down.

The truth of the world is that it's an invitation moment to moment. It's a simple choice as to whether or not we will embrace life and the unknown. It's a simple choice if we can follow what the feeling in our chest says.

Sometimes it hurts to do what you know is right for you, but we do it anyway because we love it. We would rather risk our whole world than be cold and dead. Keeping our feelings in the freezer is an unattractive option, because when they thaw out we often find that the cells have ruptured and they have become inedible. If not completely devoid of nutrition, then it will be straight up toxic to the body.

There's only one choice that a human being can make in their life time, it's a continual choice which we make moment to moment. This is why awakening is open to any human being at any time, and it has no constraints or requirements. There is only the willingness to let ourselves be free right now - all of our other considerations are complications and projections, distortions of the truth.

This life is the great self deception, it's like we slept in while they were explaining the rules. It's a startling thing to wake up suddenly and realize that the game you've been playing was just a side quest - the main thing is happening right now and it involves you in all ways. It has nothing to do with any other player, except in the regard that they reflect and relate to you. It's all about you and how you choose to be, what vibe you're on, and how you get free. It's all about frequency as a reflection of your self and your direction.

The way that life unfolds for us is determined by an unknown force which is in direct communion with us. If we can locate the method and language with which to connect to the unknown force then we will have an influence in how our life unfolds. Through unfolding your life you might find that it is a delicate origami bird, and inside the piece of papper; once flattened out, it reads "I love you". You don't know why really, you just know that you are incredibly happy and you wouldn't even mind if you died. Things being less joyful than this seems like an unlikely scenario because there's such a peaceful confidence in the state that you are embodying.

There's a peaceful confidence, and a quiet knowing that what is coming for you is beyond your wildest dreams. It's a beautiful painting custom made for you, the result of each of your hidden desires and deep truths.
