Today I can share a battle with one the most used monster in high mana matches for the Life team and maybe the best synergy with the Chaos Legion Summoner General Sloan - the Pelacor Arbalest. As a double striker range attacker, it fits very well with General Sloan as the main damage dealer. Let's go into it with a Silver modern battle on day 1 after EoS.
The Ruleset
It is a nice ruleset for the Pelacor Arbalest. Why? Well, the helth equalizer manages the biggest weakness from the Arbalest, due to the Hitpoints are not high. Also the Blast damage is very strong on a double striker. Let's give it a try!
The Lineup

The Battle
Round 1
The setup from my opponent suprised me a bit. No General Sloan and no Pelacor Arbalest, I think the damage output is way to low for my opponent.
In Round 1 I managed to hit the Shieldbearer down to 3 hitpoints and the Reach Monster in second position down to 4, while I have got still 9 Hitpoints in my Shieldbearer!
Round 2
I managed to kill the Shieldbearer and the secondary tank as well, now things should be clear!
Round 3
Well, my Shieldbearer died, but I still got a second tank and my enemy hasn't enough damage to kill any monster any more!
Round 4
Just take them down!
The Rewards
Conclusion
The strategy works. A Shieldbearer in the front with some support (Strengthen, Slow the enemy team) and put the damage dealer in the front. My opponent missplayed this ruleset as there wasn't enough damage to get through my tanks.
