Yum!
So I'm hardly ever able to finish a bag of potatoes before they start sprouting and since I now have a big enough yard (and I bought biological potatoes anyway), I figured I should just put the sprouting ones in my backyard and it should work out fine. I dug up my first plant today and we had delicious potatoes for dinner!
There's probably enough left from other plants for another couple of batches of home grown potatoes. Definitely worth repeating!
