So, in my wallet, I have added some Steem Power that I bought myself. I started with the normal 0.500 Steem Power, but now I have around 23 SP with a (+27.577 STEEM) right under it. Does that mean that I have to have that much to add like... A cent to a post/upvote? What does the (+27 STEEM) mean is what I'm asking.
