El día de ayer como tenía los ingredientes y hacían días quería hacer un quesillo para merendar ya que siempre es la merienda que más hago,lo malo que la quesillera la presté y nunca me la devolvieron tuve que hacerlo en una olla pequeña que no está apta para eso pero me quedan bien ya que son para mí consumo en casa.
Este quesillo lo prepare con una taza de leche liquida ,4 huevos ,una lata de leche condensada ,ron y vainilla,licue todos los ingredientes y luego en la olla hice un caramelo con azúcar y poca agua para luego verter la mezcla.
Lo llevé a baño María por 25 minutos,luego le introduje un palito y salió limpio porque ya estaba listo,espere que reposara y luego desmolde en un plato y lleve a la nevera,le quite un pedacito para saber cómo había quedado ya que lo hice rápido y quedó demasiado bueno que no duró nada en terminarse.🍮🍮

Yesterday, since I had the ingredients and had been wanting to make a quesillo for a snack for days, since it's always my favorite snack. The bad thing is that I lent the quesillo maker and they never returned it, so I had to make it in a small pot that isn't suitable for that, but it works well since I only consume it at home.
I prepared this quesillo with a cup of liquid milk, 4 eggs, a can of condensed milk, rum, and vanilla. I blended all the ingredients, then made a caramel with sugar and a little water in the pot, then poured the mixture in.
I put it in a double boiler for 25 minutes, then I inserted a stick and it came out clean because it was ready. I waited for it to set, then unmolded it onto a plate and refrigerated it. I took off a little piece to see how it turned out, since I made it quickly and it was so good that it didn't take long to finish. 🍮🍮
