On my iphone I can skip the video forward 10 seconds by double tapping the right half of the video. Left half to go back. But for the browser here is what you do.
Note that sometimes you have to get focus to the video for shortcuts to work. Click on the video to do this.
Forward jump 5 seconds – right arrow (back - left arrow)
Forward jump 10 s - L key (back J key)
Go to 10% mark – number 1 key. 20% mark, 2 key. How cool!
Pause/play – space bar to toggle or click on video
