My Actifit Report Card: August 19 2024||How well do you explore your city?
I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.
I'm a Nigerian who lives and dwells in Ilorin metropolis. I am not a citizen of this city by origin but by birth. My deceased Parents hailed from the neighbouring state, Kogi to be precised. Formerly, Kogi state which consists of so many ethnic groups was formerly part of Kwara state which Ilorin city is the capital. When Kogi became an independent state that was caved out of Kwara state, people who are citizen of the ethnic groups in Kogi state found it hard to leave Ilorin metropolis and relocate to Kogi state.
So I was born and brought up in this Particular state which gave me the opportunity to know the nooks and crannies of this city. I have grown to witness some of the modern developments in the city back and forth. In addition, this is the particular city I observed all my levels of education ranging from primary, to secondary and tertiary level. The only time I left the city for longer periods of time was after my my degree programme to observe my national youth service corps at far away sokoto state.
It's so good living here to the extent despite there are different tribes they still love in harmony. That's why the motto of the state is "State of harmony"
