Przyszedł czas, na "Fungi for Christmas". Co to oznacza? Ano, że będzie to trochę inny post niż te, cotygodniowe. Inny ale jednak nie odbiegający od tematu. Wpisy "Fungi for Christmas" zapoczątkowałem rok temu, a więc mam rocznicę 😉. O co właściwie chodzi? Przechodząc do meritum sprawy, czas na rozdawanie, zebranych w tym roku grzybów.
It's time for Fungi for Christmas. What does it mean? Well, this will be a slightly different post than the weekly ones. Different but still on topic. I started the "fungi for Christmas" entries a year ago, so it's my anniversary 😉. What is it all about? Moving on to the merits of the matter, it's time to give away mushrooms collected this year.
Ten rok był szczególnie obfity w grzyby, co można zauważyć chociażby, po tysiącach filmików z grzybobrania, zamieszczonych w internecie.
This year was particularly abundant in mushrooms, which can be seen, for example, from thousands of videos of mushroom picking posted on the Internet.
Jest grupa ludzi, którzy najbardziej z grzybów, lubią je zbierać. Ja właśnie do niej należę 😉. Na drugim miejscu jest samo jedzenie grzybów, mimo, iż bardzo mi smakują.
There is a group of people who like to pick mushrooms the most. I belong to this group 😉. In second place is just eating mushrooms, even though I like them very much.
No więc, po zebraniu, wyczyszczeniu i wysuszeniu grzybów, trafiają one spakowane na swoje stałe miejsce przy kominku. Tam sobie leżakują aż do okresu przedświątecznego.
So, after collecting, cleaning and drying the mushrooms, they are packed to their permanent place by the fireplace. They stay there until Christmas.
Teraz spowrotem wracają "na stół". Wracają aby je wyciąganąc z pojemników, w których leżakowały 🙂. Wyciągnąć, podzielić na porcje i rozdać rodzinie oraz znajomym. Bo jak głoszą mądre słowa: "Więcej szczęścia jest w dawaniu aniżeli w braniu". Ponadto wiem, że są ludzie, którzy z różnych powodów nie lubią zbierać grzybów, jednakże są dla nich cenionym przysmakiem. Doskonale to rozumiem i nie widzę w tym nic niezwykłego.
Jeśli można kogoś uszczęśliwić w ten sposób, to wchodzę w to. Jest to łączenie przyjemnego z pożytecznym.
Przyjemne - zbieranie grzybów.
Pożyteczne - rozdawanie smakoszom.
Now they're back on the table. They come back to take them out of the containers in which they were aged 🙂. Take out, divide into portions and give to family and friends. Because as the wise words say: "It is more blessed to give than to receive." In addition, I know that there are people who, for various reasons, do not like to pick mushrooms, but they are a valued delicacy for them. I understand it perfectly and I don't see anything unusual about it.
If it's possible to make someone happy that way, I'm in. It is a combination of pleasant and useful.
Pleasant - picking mushrooms.
Useful - giving away to gourmets.
Kiedy już małe podarki zrobione, można zacząć rozdawanie. Myślę, że w menu świątecznym, znajdą szerokie zastosowanie 🙂.
