Please keep in mind that you take care of yourself. I really like to help people and always have two open ears for them, but in the last couple of months I realised that some of the people I offered my help just didn't want it.
Today I started reflecting about my behaviour and the behaviour of certain people, and I recognised that if they don't want my help, I can't help them.. it's that easy.
So I could re-evaluate my priorities and if they consider starting to call trough or something, I'm sure likely to help!
Always remember that you are the No. 1 regarding your happiness and energy :)
