Sabath day is the last day which God rested after creation of everything. In the Ten Commandments, God commanded His people to remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy. Jesus also observed the Sabbath during His earthly ministry, showing its importance while teaching that it was made for humanity's benefit, not as a burden.
True worship is someone who obeys God will and reflects the good image of God to people in the world, sabath is not all about going to the place of worship. While Christians hold different views about Sabbath observance, believers are encouraged to honor God with sincere hearts and avoid judging one another over such matters. The focus should remain on trusting Christ and living according to God's will.
