Plans are coming to fruition. The tree of full-spectrum dominance has been blossoming and the fruits of control are ripening. A big part of this tree is the bio security state. This is where the security and surveillance apparatus of the public and private sector focus in on the biological domain. This is about monitoring and controlling through the biological sphere via technology.
There is a public policy paper that was put out by the UK government at the end of March. It is titled "Transforming the public health system".
Sets out reforms to the public health system in England to transform our national health protection capabilities, put health promotion at the heart of government, and more deeply embed prevention and health improvement expertise across local and national government and the NHS.
At first glance you might think that putting health promotion at the heart of government has nothing wrong with it. They just deeply care about the health of the people that they are governing, right? But how much do you want government intruding into your life. They want to deeply embed prevention and health improvement.
How far does that go? Are they going to prevent diseases from emerging by restricting the types of food people can eat? Are they going to begin to mandate exercise regimens for everyone to make sure that they are fit in order to prevent health issues or improve people's health? Or maybe they will just create a social credit score system where people are rewarded for doing what the government 'suggests'. And maybe they will be punished for not doing what the nnany state wants.

Clearly the focus is on external threats, such as from viruses or the alleged threat of a biological attack.
The health protection capabilities of PHE and NHS Test and Trace will combine into a new UK Health Security Agency. The UKHSA (previous working title of NIHP) will bring together our national public health science and response capabilities to protect against infectious diseases and external health threats – in bad times and in good.
As the first sentence states, their health protection agenda will be focusing on continual testing and tracing. And this is in good times and bad, as stated at the end of their last sentence. This means forever, they will be testing and tracing people for existing threats like the one they created for the flulike threat of the novel coronavirus, as well as any other threat that they want to create an emergency for an mandate testing and tracing of the whole populace.
The name of the agency itself, the UK Health Security Agency, speaks volumes about how this is a complete push towards a bio security state. Health in the biological domain is now a security concern for the state. Just like you have MI5, MI6, the NSA, the FBI, the CIA, this is a new agency that will further grow the security apparatus of the authoritarians in power.
This is just another form of policing, medical policing. You, as a citizen of a country that employs this new authoritarian security agency, will be subject to a health police and the imaginary authority they've been granted. Medical enforcement will become a norm in society. If you do not do what the medical enforcers demand from you, you will be in violation of these medical orders and a threat to public health.
When you factor in the development and introduction of biological microchips, warm biochips or biosensors, you will begin to see the larger picture.
People will not want to comply to the dictates of the authoritarian medical police. There will be medical criminals. Putting them all in jail is not feasible. Instead, they will forcibly implant these biological microchip biosensors in order to monitor the medical deviance to make sure that they are not posing a public threat.
These alleged criminals that they will fabricate are the people who refuse to be injected with risky experimental injections. This will be people who refused to allow themselves to be contact traced. This will be people who refuse to self isolate under bogus concocted imagined health threats that only serve to instill control in the populace.
