But not only that, you have to wear the mask while in the water too. So says a new decree from the overlords in Spain who are just trying to keep their people safe from the threat of Brits.
Spain is switching from mandatory mask mandates if you're less than 1.5meteres away, to mandates no matter how far you are from someone else. What do they use to make these decrees of tyranny, or change them?
