'Cases' and deaths spike after covid vax program starts

If you look at the number of deaths per day and when various countries started their anti-covid vaccination program, you will see something quite telling. Of course, correlation doesn't automatically equate to causation. But it's an indicator that merits further investigation to see if causation is there.

Is this happening everywhere? I don't think so. Why is there this correlation in some places?
