What is The PEPT Game?
The PEPT Game is a personal development community on Hive. Our philosophy is simple: Learn Before You Earn Anything.
At its core is Deming's Wheel: Plan → Do → Check → Act. Plan an improvement, do it, check what happened, act on what you learned, then turn the wheel again. That loop of continuous improvement is how players grow, and how The PEPT Game itself is built. The second pinned post in this community explains it in full.
Through POSI (Proof-of-Self-Improvement), that effort is recognized: activity mines Doré, a raw unit that is refined toward EPAY. The refining process is still being developed and may gain more steps.
An educational service. The PEPT Game and the PEPT BOK teach. Nothing here is investment advice or an offer to invest. Content follows directives set by FJ World Inc, so every post leaves a clear, public trail.
