Focused on growing a personal development ethos where you Learn Before You Earn anything.
In this community, posting about anything is pretty well valid. Everyone of us have our own interest in many different things. I joined many different communities before I decided on how I would take advantage of creating a Hive community. As I learned more I started to see commonalities across tribal communities. I learned of the struggles for newbies on Hive and I also noted that some of the more experienced Hivers were not getting as much return as possible from their effort to grow digital wealth on Hive.
I made it a mission to create a community for continuous learning and making sure that having #fun was and is always a top priority in everything I do. I was fortunate to learn much from 32+ years of working for NB Power, a provincially own electric power corporation. In New Brunswick, Canada. A mouse living next door to an aggressive elephant. That can't be a problem, could it?
The above image represents the core foundation of any process improvement objectives. If you put PDCA in an internet search you will get lots of articles about this continuous process improvement methodology and framework.
The PEPT Game is my framework creation for solving problems, reducing waste and driving innovation in our community.

Growing digital wealth on Hive is a clear commonality. I have a lot of experience in growing money. I didn't have any when I was younger. I was on welfare for the first 20 years of my life. I experienced all kinds of hate. Including being labelled as a welfare bump. I figured out how I could help the poor by not being poor. I learned as much as I could about different ways of making money. I discovered that lying, cheating and stealing appeared to be the easiest way to earn for some folks. Still true today. The current leadership in USA is using across the board tariffs as an easy way to make money. The problem with this method is that it cannot last and sooner or later things come apart. There is a better way and it starts with being honest with yourself and spending time to fully understand who you are and what your purpose is on Mother Earth.
Expectations
I often say that sometimes the best policy is to not have any expectations. That can provide some interesting returns but it is not the best policy to follow in The PEPT Game of life experiences.
Don't lie, Don't cheat, Don't steal but Do Spin in awe.

These are minimum requirements that get tracked and eventually will show up in our Proof-of-Self-Improvement(POSI) system under development.
I do not want anyone to purchase any of the 11 games pieces in the PEPT ecosystem with an expectation of return on an investment. I am a business owner providing website hosting, internet advertising and marketing. My company has a rental property, which I hope to sell soon. The company holds and trade investments but is not offering any investments. I offer knowledge and experience in Economics. Note, the big "E" and not the small "e" in economy. I love macro-economics and all things related.
It was a slow process to get this far in building the underlying economy for The PEPT Game. I know that many Hiver accounts are accumulating PEPT related tokens and many tokens are being included in the 3 liquidity pools supporting our community economy. From time to time, I will say in blogs that PEPT is a closed economy. By this, I refer to the extra effort made to serve Hivers that become a subscriber of The PEPT community as well as a member of FJ World Inc sites and programs.
Not to exclude anyone, Hive open trading market allows anyone to buy and sell any tokens in the marketplace. Anyone can earn from PEPT liquidity pools. But, not all Hivers can get Swap.Hive as a gift from our TooFuneh Reward Pool.
