You got me on the click bait title. You giving advice on building trust. I had to check it out and respond.

Don't confuse loyalty with trust. You, I do not trust cause I know you can lose your cool and downvote for some stupid emotional reason. As far as the folks you mentioned, I am slowly getting to know them so its too soon to say much about trust. I generally trust no one until they walk the talk and do not disappoint in regards to expectations given.
