Sewing a Senator top and Trouser for my Junior brother as a gift.

It's my a pleasure to meet you all here again and at this minium i want to share with you all on how i cut and sew this senator top and trouser for my Junior brother as a gift.
It been so long i have not been able to sew for my Junior as a gift but this time around i have it in mind to sew for him, I Know that doing this will really help because i really really want to know how to sew senator very well especially trouser, senator is very easy to sew than trouser, i like sewing for him and other because it will definitely improve my skill and giving me more knowledge in it, i didn't do it to impress or pleasure anyone but to give myself a better position as life gose on.
I was looking for a material or fabric but my friend came with this fabric telling me that she's looking for someone to share with so i decided to buy it then ww share together, since this my Junior brother was crying telling my mother that he want a new cloth to wear to stadium today so i notice that this is the right time for me to sew for him as a gift, I didn't want to tell anyone and i didn't bother to measure him so that he will not notice it and i know that my mom is not in the right position to buy a material or fabric for him, so i travel to were i normally stays then i used his measurement that i have already measured him, although the length of the senator is a little bit short because i used his old measurements and i forgot that he's taller than before.
I brought out the fabric and firstly start with the senator top, i fold the fabric by two, i measured out the length and the body, and at the same time i slint the shoulder and put 2 inches alowance for the shoulder sloof and cut it out.
After cutting it out i placed it on the same fabric and cut the back side out and measured the neck and hamhold then i cut them out.
Afer that i hold a long band at the back and i cut a short band and put at the band too.
After putting a band at the back i also pit at the front before giving out a slit which i will be putting a flap on it.
After slitting it i turned the slit i placed a flap and double stitch it.
After putting the flap i prepare a pocket and fixed it in.
I now joined the front with the back after fixing the pocket.
After joining them i now draft the sleeves and cut them, then i fixed them in and give a bending to the hem.
After finishing with the top i now move ahead with the trouser.
I folded the fabric into two and i measured the full length of the trouser, i measured the length of the flap,then i measured the laps and i used the laps measurements for the flap extension and i have the waist measurement and cut out.
After cutting out the front, i placed it on the fabric again and put in 3inches for the back flap extension and 2and the half inches for the back.
After cutting them out i put the two side pocket at the front.
After putting the side pocket i joined the back side on it and put the front zip and close the it with flap, then i double stitch it.
After putting the zip, i joined them together.
After that i joined the waist band with loops and i end up putting elastic at the back side and close it, then i bend the hem and i iron them and it ready to wear.
I know that sewing work is not an easy thing but i tried.
