Oh then you know both countries very well! It was a short experience in each of them for me - I lived in Lebanon for 6 months and in Egypt for 5, but it was extremely enriching and, when it comes to food, absolutely delicious. I haven't had fruit and vegetables that tasted as good as those in Egypt anywhere else!
