How wonderful that you've been to Egypt (where my mom is from) and Lebanon (where my dad is from). I hope that, coffee aside, it was a pleasant experience or, at least, rich in new sensations :)

Yeah, I have difficulty sleeping and try to take power naps in the afternoon. Coffee in the afternoon is not an option -- unless I need that rocket fuel to get through the day because I'm dead tired!
