Old age alone is regarded as a blessings, irrespective of how wealthy someone might have being, getting old in our today's society is widely respected, especially looking at lessons learned while growing up, that why an adage says ”what an elder will see while sitting down, the young ones with a ladder might not even see it at all”
I was once told by my grandmother one night, ”that old age at times is not all about having gray hair, but your gray hair must be able to offer wisdom to the dark hair too (Young one's)”
It is simple and faster to actually have her as my favorite in the house, even though she lived far away in another city, but their is always joy in me when it comes to visiting her, because I know it's definitely going to be fun being around her.
Do you love listening to fairy tales, then she is the best at it
In my society here, talking to the young ones via parables is definitely valued a lot and that is definitely one thing my grandmother is known for, she is the first person who taught us all what eyes signs are while talking to young one's
She is widely known for great things among us and even those in her environment, I was not surprised to see children flock around her house every minute, all these are as a result of her specialty when it comes to cooking and the lovely stories she tells everyone at night.
She might have looked so quiet and gentle facially, but the level of discipline in her is far from what people can imagine, today children who stay around her know what it takes to be disciplined and she as indeed instinct norms and value of our traditions in them too, having good honor for elders is what she can't stop saying.
One of her famous words is that ”a wicked young child will automatically become a wicked adult”.
Today, we all appreciate her and still having her alive is absolutely a blessing, because will can't have any other old person around us better than her, someone who loves little children and with open arms, she is willing to listen to your cry, and she's full of encouragement and energy, I keep on saying the best place to hear quality proverbs, ancient stories that will make you marvel is definitely when you are with my grandmother and that is why we all children loves visiting always.
