Tomorrow is frail,
a pale reflection;
staring from the bottom.
Today drowning the unwanted.
Tomorrow is broken,
blood, the colour that ripples.
Today collects tithe.
Tomorrow is unspoken,
words pushed down by the gallon.
Today snuffs every glimpse.
Tomorrow has gone,
Today will not tolerate any mention.
Close your eyes,
tomorrow will be today.
