ProjectSend is a file sharing software that is designed to be user-friendly and secure and it is totally free for use. It is a very useful application as it reduces the hassles of external servers and email. There is little to criticize this site but I’d like to make some few suggestions.
MORE LANGUAGE OPTIONS
Looking at the site, I see no language option. This means that only English-speaking people can use the site effectively. If more language options are added, more users will be attracted. Most file-sharing sites have this feature implemented. You can imagine my surprise seeing that this site doesn’t. I, therefore, recommend to the project owner to add language options.
SHOW TESTIMONIALS
Testimonials are pieces of evidence from customers who have used the service provided and have praise reports. Testimonials help prospective users in deciding whether or not to use a service. Providing three or more testimonials from users who have used the service will be a great incentive. If attainable, contacts of those testifying can be added to further buttress their praise reports.
SET UP THE GOOGLE PLUS COMMUNITY
GooglePlus have an estimated 111 (one hundred and eleven) million users and have the potential for bringing in users for any project. A lot of people check into these communities daily and I feel projectSend is missing out by not having a google plus community.
