It’s in our nature

Yesterday it was Easter, temperatures reached 25 degrees Celsius, and we are in a lockdown. No social gatherings are allowed. A tough combination it proved to be. Near my home a party of 35 people in a garden was shut down. Everyone got a fine of 250 EUR. The people involved all had the Romanian nationality. Sad that this happens, but the truth is after 30 days of containment we are all pushed by our inner selves to reach for some sort of social contact. We are social animals and live for gratification by others. It’s simply in our DNA, and even the ones that are screaming “shame” the loudest now will be tempted at some point! So this will eventually lead to clandestine pubs, and social gatherings underground, if this takes much longer...

We just can’t help it!
