Hello, well, I began to review and I have not seen in the directory of communities that there was a specific one for charitable projects or donations. I saw one that was registered as "Tamil Charity Coin" (hive-129653), but it is from a Token project, so I don't think it's what you're raising.

I would recommend creating that community, as it does not seem to exist and can be helpful in creating a meeting and consultation site for the different donation and charity programs that may be being developed in this blockchain.
