I see a farmer working on a land that looks so fertile, with a couple of plants growing healthy.
I feel awe at the mechanism that follows planting, germination and harvest.
Life springs forth from life,
One laid done to conceive another,
Like the seed buried at planting,
Lying still beneath the rich life giving soil,
Until another is born from it.
Who can say what the future holds,
How can one say carries on inside the soil,
Where on rots to renew another,
Like the Phoenix catching flame just for another to spring from it ash!
Oh! How well we judge the season.
From planting to harvest we are precise,
Yet like the unsuspecting seed that is laid for another,
Like the plant springs out of a lost one,
So life begets life,
A heart begets another,
Like light bring with it dark shadows,
So does the green bring about dryness!.
