Apreciar el español: ¿Aprendiendo Español con Duolingo y Por Qué / Appreciating Spanish (ESP-ENG))

Hola a todos,

Soy @peaq aquí en Hive. Soy una cantante clásica, estilista, ávida lectora e investigadora, entusiasta de la comida y una humana de gran corazón.

Antes de unirme a Hive, estaba aprendiendo francés y español para conocer más idiomas. Luego, compaginar ambos idiomas se convirtió en algo muy exigente y decidí centrarme primero en el francés, ya que tenía previsto viajar a Francia para estudiar.

Mi viaje a Francia no se produjo porque tuve que aplazar mis estudios debido a una petición familiar en ese momento. Me vi envuelta en otros asuntos de la vida y acabé perdiendo el contacto con lo poco que había aprendido en español.

Al unirme a Hive, me di cuenta de que hay una gran comunidad de hispanohablantes y he conectado con muchos miembros. Así que empecé sólo con el inglés y me di cuenta de que empecé a conectar con muchos hispanohablantes. No quería que el factor del idioma fuera una barrera, así que decidí traducir la mayoría de mis posts al español tan a menudo como pudiera.

Actualmente utilizo un traductor para mis posts, pero recientemente he vuelto a Duolingo para ayudarme a retomar el camino en lo que respecta a mi viaje en el idioma español.

¿Por qué?

Realmente quiero alcanzar un nivel considerable de fluidez y comprensión. También planeo visitar España este año o el próximo, inspirado por los mensajes de mi adorable Mi @mipiano. Me encantaría ver las bellezas en vivo y en directo 😂😅.

Además a veces siento que el traductor no traduce realmente bien el idioma y puede haber errores aquí y allá que yo podría ignorar ya que no sé lo que está bien o mal.

También me gustaría cantar en español de vez en cuando. Participo activamente en diversas comunidades musicales y siempre me gustaría poder cantar algunas canciones y pronunciar correctamente las palabras con el acento y la dicción adecuados. Hacer un dúo con grandes músicos como @ylich, @edwardstobia, @eugelys, y otros talentos del canto en español sería increíble.

Tengo ganas de participar también en grupos de discordia donde se hable español con fluidez y no tener que volver a traducir y volver a responder 😂😅.

Oh bueno, estoy esperanzada con esto ya que el idioma me entusiasma y pienso usar esta plataforma para practicar mi español hasta mejorar con el tiempo.

I am @peaq here on Hive. I am a Classical Singer, Hairstylist, Avid Reader & Researcher, Food Enthusiast, and A Big-Hearted Human.

Prior to joining Hive, I was learning French and Spanish languages for the sake of getting to know more languages. Then juggling both of them became demanding and I decided to focus on French first as I planned to travel to France for studies.

My trip to France did not happen as I had to defer my studies due to a family request at the time. I got caught up with other life endeavors and eventually lost touch with the little I had learned in Spanish.

Joining Hive, I realized that there is a big community of Spanish speakers and I have connected with a lot of members. So I started with just English and I noticed I started to connect with a lot of Spanish speakers. I did not want the language factor to be a barrier so I decided to translate most of my posts to Spanish as often as I could.

I currently use a translator for my post but I have recently gone back to Duolingo to help me get back on track as regards my Spanish Language journey.

Why?

I really want to attain a considerable level of fluency and understanding. I also plan to visit Spain this year or next as inspired by my lovely Mi's @mipiano posts. I would love to see the beauties live and direct 😂😅.

Also sometimes I feel the translator does not really translate the language well and there might be errors here and there that I might be ignorant of as I do not know what is right or wrong.

I would also love to sing in Spanish from time to time. I actively participate across diverse music communities and always wish I could sing some songs and properly pronounce the words with the right accent and diction. Doing a duet with great musicians like @ylich, @edwardstobia, @eugelys, and other Spanish singing talents would be amazing.

I look forward to also participating in discord groups where Spanish is spoken fluently and not having to go back to translate and come back to respond 😂😅.

Oh well, I am hopeful about this as language excites me and I plan to use this platform to practice my Spanish until I get better with time.
