Chinese New Year is the time when new year goodies flow endlessly for the next 15 days. Which means it will be eat, drink, eat and drink and eat again. One of more famous New Year snack will be the pineapple tart. There many bakeries, restaurants and even hotels that have come up with their version of pineapple tarts but the best of all is still the homemade ones.
