We implement a new Feature for QUIQQER Frontend Users
The Frontend Users module extends QUIQQER with a profile extension and a registration for users.

feat: Adress management for the frontend users #1

You must create an address management for the frontend users.
What needs to be done:
- The user must be able to perform various actions
- Create address
- Delete address
- Editing an address
- Various events so that other modules can connect to each other
- Multilingual: englisch and german
- Setting: Address management active or inactive
- User address limit -> max 100
