Hey, what's up, players! I hope and wish that you are all having a wonderful start to the week. For my part, please receive as always the welcome to my gaming channel on 3Speak. I feel very pleased over here to bring you what would be gameplay number 20 of Zelda: A Link to the Past, which is a series that I have been developing very slowly with the intention of documenting step by step every puzzle and secret that I find in the development of the story, which enjoys a very interesting depth. Well, there is a reason why Zelda is considered one of the GOATs of RPG video games. After managing to solve the 'puzzle' that allowed us to reach the highest part of the mountain that houses the dungeon or temple where the red pendant is located, we finally enter said dungeon where we encounter all sorts of puzzles to solve in order to unlock the paths towards the lower and upper levels of this dungeon. Furthermore, in the first instance we had to face strong opposition and a large number of traps, such as those traps that I hate so much, which consist of a sort of floor tiles that attack you relentlessly and cause a large amount of damage to Link.
Solving a Puzzle with the Magic Mirror. This part is truly difficult when you are playing for the first time, since it involves knowing how and precisely where to use the 'magic mirror' in order to access different areas of the map. That is to say, we must constantly alternate between the Light World and the Dark World. For example, as we can see at minute 01:20 where we effectively make use of the magic mirror to access the highest area of the mountain to the north of Hyrule, alternating between the Dark World and the Light World. Therefore, since we managed to access the area that was in principle inaccessible without the help of the magic mirror, we then head directly to the dungeon, but not before using the Book of Mudora to successfully decipher some hieroglyphics adjacent to the dungeon, which read as follows: 'Hold up the Master Sword and you will get the magic of Ether', as we can see at around minute 02:50 of the gameplay : )
Sahasrahla and his Important Advice. Immediately upon entering the dungeon we come across puzzles of all kinds, including some involving activating a sort of switches on the floor in order to unlock some paths that lead us to different areas of the dungeon. However, what we find most useful at the beginning is the advice that Sahasrahla gives us after activating the switch on a statue inside the dungeon, in which he indicates to us how we can use the magic mirror to return right to the entrance of the dungeon, which is extremely useful considering the size of the place.
We Find the Master Key and the Map. As we descend to the lower levels of the dungeon we manage to obtain some normal type keys to unlock some doors and continue advancing towards the Red Pendant. For the time being we managed to obtain the map of the location along with the Master Key, both of which will be of great help to us in locating the Red Pendant and the boss that guards it. For now we also hope to find the compass of the location so as not to get lost and to find the boss more easily.
Friends, I hope you enjoyed this gameplay number 20. For my part I bid you farewell for today, thanking you as always for your time and for your support of the 3Speak channel ❤🔶
