Hey, what's up, players! I wish you all a happy Friday, I hope you are very well, for my part I welcome you back to this retrogaming channel on 3Speak for a new session of our much-loved GOAT of video games as Zelda: A Link to the Past is for the Super Nintendo, and how not to be happy with this gameplay number 23 in our series. Players, today we are already on our way to the Master Sword, but before reaching it we will first have to make the way back from the northern mountain to the Hidden Forest, and to manage to put ourselves on the correct route we had to rely once again on the use of the magic mirror to thus move properly from the dark world to the light world. Also already on the way to the hidden forest we had to use the Pumpkin Brothers' lair to recover some health that we had lost in the caves back to Hyrule.
Using the Magic Mirror to Return to Hyrule. As we can see starting the gameplay, the use of the magic mirror becomes essential when we leave the cave where the fairy was, since in this way we manage to return from the world of darkness to the light world, where we can find again the entrance of the cave that leads us back to Hyrule, but of course as is customary in Zelda: A Link to the Past, due to its system of constant enemy respawn when returning again to a different area of the map, said cave was then plagued by bats that on a couple of occasions complicated my life just as you can verify in the gameplay video ha ha!
Entering the Hidden Forest. Well, and after managing to descend from the northern mountain and cross the northern area of Hyrule to the North-West part of Hyrule, we finally managed to enter the hidden forest, where we are received by a good amount of enemies and we also ran into the classic scam mini-game made by members of the thieves' gang again, but this time we did not participate, so upon leaving the scam house we managed to solve a puzzle that was right behind a huge trunk that served as an entrance to a cave and at the same time an underground refuge for the members of this hidden forest thieves' gang, and we can see this specifically starting from minute 05:20 of the gameplay. Already inside the cave we found a large piece of heart, which puts us on track to get another heart for our health bar : )
The Annoying Thieves of the Hidden Forest. Yes, well it is truly embarrassing how these guys thrashed us inside the hidden forest, managing to steal some bombs and arrows for the bow, and the worst of all is that we do not know how to eliminate them, since I attacked with everything I had on top and only managed to push them away rather than take them down : / . Finally, as we can see at minute 06:55 we also get a Magic Mushroom which we only know serves to give it to someone who needs it (according to the game instructions), but honestly we still don't know how to give it more uses. In the end we also entered the area where the real Master Sword is located.
And well up to here I leave today's 3Speaking, but not without first thanking you for reaching this point and for all the good support you have shown for my 3Speak channel and especially towards this Zelda series 😁🖐✨
