The USMCA was signed by United States President Donald Trump, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on November 30, 2018 as a side event of the 2018 G20 Summit in Buenos Aires. Now, a year later and the agreement is sitting and gathering dust, cobwebs and coffee mug stains on Speaker Pelosi's desk.
This is a prime example of how little the Democrats care for any of the American Voters. Since April of 2016, the sole focus and purpose of the Democrat party has been the impeachment of President Trump. Regardless of the lack of evidence that has been sought for the past three years, they have dug a hole so deep as likely to never recover.
