Scala Wallet Up - Testing Swaps With PEK

Scala (XLA) Wallet RPC is live.

Running on my Debian server, bound to the server with RPC auth enabled and synced via the public daemon remote.one.scala.network:11812 (mainnet). This instance will power automated deposits, balance checks, and swap flows for PeakeCoin/Scala bridging. Access is limited to localhost for security; remote use requires an SSH tunnel.

The command line wallet... is golden. @thecrazygm I've found out it has background mining as well if you're going to play 'round with it.
