When he informed his wife about it, she refused and kicked against it, but he insisted. So, she told him that the only position available in her organization was an errand boy. But to her surprise, he was glad to take the job.
He resumed work in her organization as an errand boy under one condition that she laid out to him.
An errand boy runs errands in the organization endlessly for every worker in the organization, and workers even insult you. Don't expect me to speak for you. In the office, I am your boss; in the house, I am your wife.
He agreed to it, but barely two weeks later, he became upset and started exhibiting some characters of punishing his wife with unnecessary errands at home after he is worn out there, and she couldn't do anything.

He knew he had to change. Obviously, she came back when she confirmed he had truly changed, and her job was given back to her. He started his own business, and everything just fell into place for everyone.
