Ladies and gentlemen, I find myself in the third month of an intense personal transformation, or rather, a change in habits. As I approach my 42nd birthday in August, I feel it's time to adjust my lifestyle to my age. By that, I mean that I am even more extreme and active than before because I must admit that at 42, I am fitter than I was at 24.

For the past three months, I've been engaging in daily exercise, constantly on the move, partying, and experiencing everything that comes with a midlife crisis. However, I have no desire to pursue relationships with younger women, as I want to avoid unnecessary complications. You see, women have a magnetic attraction to problems. At the moment, I simply don't have time for that, with all the projects surrounding me. I have a strict daily schedule that I adhere to, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so I can indulge in everything I want to explore. And something unexpected has happened: from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, I have absolute free time. I have four hours every day to do whatever I feel like. Not that my scheduled time is something I don't enjoy. Quite the opposite. But this free time is completely unrestricted.

Today, however, I want to share something that surprises me a bit. Among the step-by-step plan I've been following, there is also the goal of eliminating certain addictions or, perhaps, replacing one addiction with another, potentially healthier one. Quitting smoking was my latest challenge. Now, as soon as I've overcome the nicotine withdrawal to some extent, I plan to eliminate Red Bull next month. I've been searching for alternatives, particularly ones I can create myself. I was doing quite well with water kefir, but unfortunately, the culture died during my recent move. I'll revive it, but until then, I have coffee. And coffee is something I could never drink.

Recently, I built a small coffee table for my girlfriend, in a vintage style that I absolutely love. Today, with the storm raging outside and me unable to go out as I usually do, which also means purchasing several Red Bulls, I had to opt for something else to drink. So, I gathered the courage to try coffee. I have a Nespresso machine, and I used a non-original coffee capsule. Tropical Mountains Coffee is the company behind these fully compostable capsules, which can even grow a coffee plant. I find the idea fantastic, and surprisingly, I enjoy the taste of this coffee. I don't usually like coffee at all.

Well, replacing the Red Bull addiction with a coffee addiction, a month earlier than planned, CHECK! I'll be growing my coffee plant and sharing updates, of course. And I'm back! In the next few days, we will be more active in sharing some news. There is a lot happening behind the scenes, ideas are being implemented on HIVE, and what can I say? Slow like a sloth, but mentally filled with great enthusiasm for what lies ahead.
