My Actifit journey,
Today, as part of my fitness routine, I visited the poultry unit of our farm.
Poultry farming remains one of the most lucrative businesses in the south south region of Nigeria, and every visit reminds me why, raising birds especially layers provides farmers with a steady daily income that truly cannot be underestimated.
This morning, I decided to combine farm supervision with my Actifit exercise. I went around the pens to check on the birds, ensuring they were healthy and active.
While supervising the workers, I also monitored my steps. After the morning feeding and cleaning, as well as my general inspection, my activities at the farm added up to over 10,000 plus steps, though I almost forgot to take pictures.
It felt great being productive on the farm while also hitting my fitness target for the day.
Actifit makes it even more rewarding, and I am happy to share today’s progress with this community.
