If you constantly have to work on documents in a team, Notejoy can become an indispensable assistant. The platform allows you to easily search for text files added by other employees and view the changes they made. The service has a convenient editor in the style of Evernote and a simple interface.
Thanks to Notejoy, an employee can quickly find all the working information he needs. Documents in the service are distributed to libraries, for which certain employees are assigned. When you add a note to the library, all its members immediately know about it and have the opportunity to view the document.
The search system deserves special attention - fast and simple. When you enter a query, you immediately see a list of documents in which the given word is present. On the right, the note with the highlighted query is displayed.
When you work with the document, you get access to the chat. In it you can leave comments, give recommendations and so on. To add a person to the document, it is enough to mention it using the @ symbol: it will receive a notification by mail, via a mobile application or even via Slack, if the latter is connected.
At first glance, Notejoy is a pretty simple service, but in fact, this simplicity lies in its wide functionality. It often appears in small detail: with the editor, for example, you can work in the "Focus" mode, and in the text you can add lists, images and files from "Google Drive" and Microsoft Office.
The platform is available for free, but in this case the capacity of one library is limited to 10 users, and its storage is 100 MB. Tariff plan Plus opens much wider opportunities, and premium access protects documents through end-to-end encryption and adds a panel activity team.
You can work with Notejoy through a browser or client for macOS, Windows or iPhone. True, the application for iOS in the Russian App Store is not available - you will have to switch to American.
