Greetings
Hopefully you all are doing well. As we all know that the month of Ramadan is on the way and the Muslims are fasting. I am also fasting and my heart want some crispy... My stomach asking me pariiiii please give some crispy things .. So how can I refuse to my stomach.... So I decided to made something crispy. I think a lot but can't understand what I should bake for my stomach... Then suddenly I got an idea I decided to made crispy potato balls. It is very simple and tastiest..... I wanna share these with you all.

Process
First of all I started to peel the potatoes. I took an half kg of potatoes and peel them welly. Let me show you the first step of my process
Then I started to grate potatoes in a specific way. Let me show you. It is very simple but I am sharing the whole process with you all.
Then I grate all the potatos in the same way. It took 15 minutes. Let me show you.after grating the potatoes.
Then I added some cornflour in it. I also added a little bit of salt and a little bit of chat masalah in it. Let me show you.
Then I started to mix it. I mixed it for 1 to 2 minutes . Let me show you the look after mixing.
I stated to made a ball of it putting these into my hand. I just pic some of the batter and press in to my hand amd make a punch them gave the shape of circle to it.
Them I made more in the same way.
I made some more and filled up the tray because my stomach was saying these are not anough for me馃ス馃ス. Let me show you
Then I putt some oil in the pot and started to heat up this oil. I let it to be hot in 5 minutes.
Then I drop some potato balls in it to be fried i had shared the picture here.
I fried these gor five minutes. When I saw that these are comouring into light brown I seperate.
Let me show you the final look of crispy potatoes balls... OMG my moyth is watering,馃槶馃ス
