I just discovered that ranting about my day could be considered a post now and I could not pass up the opportunity to let some steam off.
My day started cold today. Woke up to find out a rain had been falling since the previous night. A cat even hit killed in my compound, probably due to the cold.
So I had to go get some drinkable water from a mosque close by. But once that was done, I hopped back into bed and slept till midday.
Ibadan is quite boring to me as my friends have not resumed school for lectures which begin next week.
Roqeeb came over, and we talked and talked and when things got boring, we strolled into school.
And just in case you are wondering, it's the University of Ibadan.
We walked around school, two jobless boys with nothing to do, and when we got tired of just wandering aimlessly, we decided to take joblessness to the next level by strolling out of school and to a friend's place.
It was kind f nice going to a new area but the experience was kinda off for me.
We played cards and when it started getting dark, I and Roqeeb came back home.
My day sounds so boring right? Now imagine living through days worse than that and you'll know I do a great job even looking at myself in the mirror.
